General Responsibilities but not limited to: HL Uriman Inc. supply assembled tires and wheels to OEM. As part of the HL Group, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction with best in quality and service. The SCM Specailist · The SCM Specialist is responsible for ensuring raw materials, components and sub-assemblies are delivered to Uriman production sites to support production needs, at optimal efficiency. This individual must fully understand Uriman’ s supply chain and production operations, as well as be an expert on their assigned product or commodities. They will deploy inventory strategies, be responsible for product change and associated material planning implications, manage and solve exceptions, and drive supplier execution. This role involves daily management of supply and constraints, status reporting and escalation, supplier engagement and the relentless pursuit of operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role is typically global in scope, and requires cross-functional engagement within Uriman and across the extended supply chain. General Responsibilities: Manage any materials related to production activities to ensure no production disruption.
Activities include material planning, production planning, shipping planning working with sourcing for ordering, tracking deliveries…etc.
Manage exceptions and priorities while communicating with and engaging stakeholders.
Collaborate with warehouse and transportation team to ensure successful delivery.
Maintain and execute inventory replenishment model, such as inventory level.
Maximize inventory efficiency and reconcile inventory when needed. Support supply demand reconciliation.
Review and track planning vs. actual result
Flexible work schedule.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
Materials management experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred.
Proficiency in MS office with intermediate to advanced Excel
Strong math aptitude to calculate production output and outbound cargo.
Knowledge and experience of ERP, MES, or WMS preferred.
Effective interpersonal skills with management team, employees and business partners in a competent, productive manner.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to work on feet or sit for long hours.
Must be able to work days or evenings production schedules.
Bilingual Korean/English preferred.
Salary range and Benefits: Salary
– SCM Specialist : $55K~$65K
